Promo Bills negotiates home and small business service bills including Internet, Cable, Home Phone, Wireless, Home Security, Satellite Radio, Pest Control, and Trash Service. We do not negotiate utilities or financial/debt products (loans, credit cards, etc.)
It’s always possible. You can contact your provider directly, but be ready for some frustration and probably lower if any savings. The Promo Bills team knows what rates you should be getting and how to fight for them.
Following completion of your negotiation service request, you’ll receive a savings summary that details one-time and ongoing savings to your bill plus the start and end date (if any). These credits or reduced rates should be applied by your provider in the next billing cycle.

We negotiate only what you permit! We'll get better rates on your current service or get more services for the same price or less. In some cases, we'll uncover better rates if you agree to a different plan or contract - but don't worry, we'll check with you first.

We will never lower your service level to save you money (unless you ask us to). In some cases, we're actually able to expand services (higher speed, more channels, etc...) which we'll of course do.
It depends on the negotiation. We will lock in your savings for as long as possible and let you know that duration when we communicate your savings results. Don't worry, we'll reach out to you when the lower rates are about to expire to ask if you'd like us to help out again.
No problem. As long as you are an authorized party, just provide the account holder's info on your request.
Simple. We compare the monthly rates you are currently paying to the new, reduced monthly rates, capped at 24 months. Then we add any one-time credits achieved. The sum is your total savings.
Our fees is a simple 50% percent of your total savings, capped at 2 years. If Promo Bills reduces your bill by $20 per month for 12 months, we've saved you $240. Our fee will be just $120. You’ll receive an invoice a few days after Promo Bills completes your negotiation. savings.

We’ll send you an invoice about 3 days after we complete your bill negotiation. If you provided a credit card when you submitted your Service Request, your card will be charged for the amount due on the due date.

No problem. If you move or cancel service prior to receiving all the savings we negotiated, just let us know. We'll refund you a prorated amount of your bill to reflect only the savings you used. Just email info@promo-bills.com a copy of the disconnect notice/receipt from your provider and we'll take care of it.
